For us to maintain FOSSCOMM, a fun, interesting and positive experience for everyone, we expect the participants to work under certain conditions:

FOSSCOMM aims to be a free, open and collaborative event. This means that we expect the cooperation of all participants in FOSSCOMM and that everyone will behave with respect for everyone else, including those who are different or think differently from themselves.

Please be attentive, helpful and friendly towards all other participants and respect the environment. We do not accept harassment or any offensive behavior at our conference. We consider it contrary to our values as human beings. We express the strong and unquestionable support of the exemplary behavior of all participants.

We expect all participants to follow this Code of Conduct during the conference, in the presentations, in the workshops, and generally in the place that the conference takes place and outside of that. That includes conference related events, offsite locations and related online communities and social media. The participants will be messaged directly, to stop a particular behavior, and they are expected to comply immediately. The participants that attend the conference and violate this Code of Conduct, can be expelled from the conference or/and be excluded from the official participation in future events.

If you have any concerns, please contact our coordination team(contact details below).

Thank you for your participation in the success and smooth operation of FOSSCOMM for all those involved.

Yours sincerely,

The organizing committee of FOSSCOMM
